Championship Golf
In addition to full-fledged golf tournaments, one of the most popular activities are the putting contests. For putting contests, PGA pro Steve Phelps designs a 9-hole putting course using kite string to set boundaries and arranging natural barriers with small trees, rocks and sand. Survival, designed to develop leadership, teamwork and creative problem-solving skills, are laid out on Brasstown Valley's acreage and conducted by expert area outfitters. The mountain terrain provides plenty of options abundant in nature, which each team must explore, in order to provide for their basic needs.

Outdoor Activities

Nearby, outdoor recreation abounds on pristine rivers and lakes and amidst forested hillsides and verdant valleys. Whitewater Rafting Trips provide a team-building scenario as groups navigate an eight-mile stretch of the Nantahala River earning points for various challenges. Just one mile from the resort, the crystal-clear waters of Lake Chatuge offer a superb setting for sightseeing cruises on its 9,000 acres of mountainous water wonderland. On land, one of the most peaceful and relaxing ways to explore the Chattahoochee National Forest is the two-hour Horseback Ride near the base of Brasstown Bald (Georgia's highest peak).
