For verification purposes, at check-in you must present the credit card used to pre-pay for your reservation along with a valid photo I.D. No exceptions will be made to this requirement. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit and cancellation of the reservation.

BRASSTOWN VALLEY ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 7/23/07

Cancellation Policy:

• All reservation requests require a credit card to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations received 7 days or more before arrival date will be accepted without charge.
• Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of one night's room and tax.
• Please record and keep your cancellation number as "No-Show" reservations will be charged at 100% of the daily rate of the reservation for the entire reserved stay.
