We are so very happy that we chose Brasstown - You exceeded our expectations from the front desk, engineering, set up, take down, catering service, food and leadership of events! We were impressed with you and your organizational skills from our first meeting in selecting the venue. Then, upon check-in, we continued to be impressed with the service and respect of everyone we met associated with Brasstown. J.D. and I have travelled to many 5 and 6 star resorts around the globe - Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, One and Only, Auberge - Some of these have included corporate events - We just want you and your staff to know that the service and food were comparable to any of these destinations.
The words "Thank You" are just not enough to say how much we appreciate you and your staff providing the wedding of Elizabeth's dreams - We can't wait to see the photograph's!

I don't know if I ever told you personally how wonderful Ally's wedding was. Every detail was perfect. From the luncheon in the Tack Room on Friday, to the Rehearsal Dinner on Saturday, culminating with the beautiful reception dinner on Saturday, one event just exceeded the last. Everything just got better and better. The rehearsal dinner was magical. The lights in the pavilion, and the beautiful view at sunset, made a wonderful backdrop for family pictures. And the buffet was excellent--all our southern favorites.
The reception dinner was unbelievable. The ballroom was stunning, every table a still-life. I don't know how the chef did it, but every steak was done perfectly, and every lobster tail was tender and delicious. The service was excellent, prompt but unobtrusive. And all your staff seemed to be there all weekend, taking care of our every need, always smiling and friendly and patient.
What a great place to have a wedding! I'm only sorry it was our last daughter to get married! You did a wonderful job coordinating everything and making sure everyone had a wonderful time. The comments I have heard were superlative, everyone was so impressed. Thank so much to you and your staff for making Ally and Steve's wedding weekend absolutely perfect!

YI wanted to thank you for everything you did to make Lindsay and Eric's wedding so wonderful. I have never encountered the degree of customer service I experienced @ Brasstown Valley Resort. Every employee I encountered was wonderful. The two young ladies that assisted with the reception were outstanding. Everything just went beautifully. I hired the florist and photographer from your preferred vendor list and was amazed at how great things turned out. The DJ while not on your vendor list was absolutely fantastic and I had comments from everyone on the great job he did.
Thank you again. I hope to visit Brasstown again in the future. Please let everyone know how wonderful they made this special occasion for us.

YPerfect, is the word to describe Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa! Everything from the friendly staff, the gorgeous amenities, the beautiful view from the Resort overlooking the North Ga Mountains was amazing! I am so glad that my husband and I chose Brasstown Resort as our location. YMy daughter was married at Brasstown. All the employees at Brasstown worked to make our wedding wonderful. The wedding coordinator is very organized and our wedding flowed smoothly. The food is delicious and service impecible. Even after the wedding, we had items scattered all over the lodge and they gathered them up for us and mailed them me. I hightly recommend the venue!

YWe got married at Brasstown Valley Resort on 3/12/11. We chose this venue for it's beautiful mountain location and the wonderful lodge. They offer a great choice of wedding packages and are very accomodating when it comes to making changes. Renee Beebe who handles all of the weddings was wonderful and was always there to answer questions and to make sure everything was running smoothly. They really went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect.

Renee, the wedding coordinator, was accomodating, flexible, creative, available, understanding, nice, and everything else you would want in a wedding coordinator. The resort and the grounds are beautiful year round and the sunset pavillion makes for a truly unique and memorable reception...whether you are having a casual day time wedding or a black tie event. Our guests really enjoyed staying at the resort. The rooms are comfortable, quaint and clean. The restaurants and available activites can be enjoyed by any guests of all ages. Finally, the staff makes you feel like royalty!! Great food and beverages, friendly people and beautiful scenery...highly recommended.

The wedding was everything I wanted it to be, and I was so happy with the way everything turned out. I couldn't believe how amazing the creekside pavilion looked. It was exactly how I wanted it to look and feel. Everything was so beautiful, the food was great and we all had a fantastic time. You and the Brasstown staff were great too. You made me feel very comfortable and confident in that everything was going to be the way I wanted it. I really appreciated that I only had to tell you something 1 time and you knew what I wanted and you remembered it when it came time for the wedding. I can't tell you how many times I had to repeat certain things to certain people! The staff and bartenders at the reception were so nice and helpful too. Words can't express just how amazing everything was. I might be a little biased, but I think it was the best wedding that I've ever been to! YIf you are looking for a beautiful wedding (indoor or outdoor - they have an amazing pavilion) with the added benefit of a 'built-in' wedding planner, then Brasstown Valley is the place for you. We worked hand in hand with Renee, who is their wedding coordinator/banquet manager, to create an amazing weekend. The venue was perfect thanks to her knowledge of the space and how to take full advantage. We had our whole family there for the weekend in the cabins (which are updated and very spacious) and they were so flexible with all our requests (e.g., having a back-yard bbq rehearsal dinner for all the guests in the cabin's cul-de-sac) and really made every effort to pull off the perfect wedding.
